Vet Practice Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This referral programme is open to all current Working Feedback clients and contacts aged 18 or over, residing in the UK and Ireland.

2. Referral Reward:
   For each successful referral of a veterinary practice that becomes a paying Working Feedback client, the referrer will receive a £100 Amazon eGift Voucher

3. Successful Referral Definition:
   A referral is considered successful when:

   • The referred vet practice signs up to Working Feedback and pays the set up fee and first month’s subscription

   • The practice has not previously been in contact with or trialled Working Feedback

   • The referrer submitted the referral via the official form before the veterinary practice signs up

4. Referral Limitations:

   • Only one reward per referred practice will be issued

   • If a veterinary practice is referred by more than one person, the first referral submitted via the official form will be the one eligible for the reward

5. Reward Delivery:

   • Rewards will be issued via email as an Amazon eGift Voucher within 30 days of the referred vet practice becoming a client

   • No cash alternative is available

6. Programme Duration:

   • This referral scheme is currently open and ongoing, but Working Feedback reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice

7. Data Use:

   • Referral information will only be used to make contact with the referred party and will not be shared with any third parties

   • By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred party’s consent to share their contact details

8. General:

   • Working Feedback’s decision on eligibility and reward allocation is final

   • Misuse or fraudulent entries will disqualify participation
